Background and objective: Gastric ulcer is an important health risk for a human. It painful sore in the stomach lining. relatively easy to cure, but can cause significant problems if left un-treated. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) are prescribed millions of people worldwide; however, as their consequences most individuals suffer from gastric ulcers related complications. Diclofenac sodium medication NSAIDs class drugs, used relieve joint pain arthritis when chronically, it may bleeding or intestine. This study aimed test safety antiulcer activity new bioisosteric derivative diclofenac on rat model. Methods: 2-Cumaranone 1 had been utilized prepare propanamides 2a-e then after diaryl ethers 3a-e synthesized; its purity was characterized basis IR, 1HNMR Mass spectral data.
